Tomato Soup
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 750g tomato sauce
- Stale Tuscan bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 of a carrot
- 1/2 stalk of celery
- 1/2 of a red onion
- Salt
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Groksì! Deciso
Directions
Once diced cut the stale Tuscan bread, chop finely the onion, the carrot and the celery, brown them lightly with extra-virgin olive oil in a large pot. Season with salt and black pepper.
Add to the tomato sauce and let it simmer for around 7-8 minutes. Then pour the bread and the clove of garlic into the tomato sauce.
Stir well and let it cook for around half an hour. At the end, add extra-virgin olive oil and Groksì! Deciso.
